Champion for Families

I'm taking on the challenge of biking at least 218 kms this summer in support of RMHC Manitoba families! The distance of 218 is in honour of the longest family stay (218 days) at our local Ronald McDonald House last year.

Help me reach my fundraising goal by making a pledge donation in support of my Champion for Families challenge. Every little bit helps sustain operations for sick children and their families in need at Ronald McDonald House and Family Room.

I am truly grateful to lead the incredible RMHC Manitoba team as we serve and support families together.

Appreciating and so grateful to be part of the RMHC team, I will be taking 218 unique pictures from places in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. This represents not only our longest family stay of 218 nights last year, but also respects the communities throughout Manitoba our RMHC families come from.

Where will I end up? The answer is wherever the wind takes me, 218 times. I will share some pictures of my exciting adventures, places, and unique finds while encouraging others to take on the Champion for Families challenge and find their own special places of interest, rest, respite, beauty, and reflection. ⛺

This summer I plan to bake 218 cookies to share with family and friends. 218 is in recognition of the longest family stay last year- 218 nights at our local Ronald McDonald House.
